 | FTP Graphics Upload |

|
If you would like to upload graphics to Designs by Design via FTP, you can do so here.
It is recommended that you use a good FTP program, like Core FTP or WS_FTP in order to upload files to us. If you are using Internet Explorer, please follow the following instructions, based on your version of the Internet Explorer browser. Please note that Mozilla/Firefox does not support FTP drag and drop like Internet/Windows Explorer.
I.E. 7 Users:
Go to ftp://designsbydesign.name
- When prompted for a username and password, enter the username and password provided to you by the staff at Designs by Design.
- Once logged in, you should see a window with a few directories listed.
- Click the "view" tab at the very top of your browser in your menu bar.
- Click the option about 2/3 of the way down that list that says, "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer".
- A new command prompt will appear. BEFORE YOU LOGIN A SECOND TIME, CLOSE THE ORIGINAL WINDOW YOU HAD INITIALLY LOGGED IN ON, WITH THE LIST OF DIRECTORIES ON IT, AND WAIT A FEW SECONDS.
- Once you've waited, enter the same username and password you used above, that was provided by Designs by Design.
- A new window will open, with a file folder that says, "DBD Graphics". Double click that folder.
- In here, you can create a folder for your company or project. Right click anywhere in that box that is not on a folder, and select "New Folder." Name the folder with a name appropriate for your project.
- Double click that folder. It should be empty. Drag any of your files that you would like to use for your sign project into this folder. Wait until all files are uploaded before closing any windows.
